false or distorted.

keralamatrimonial.in will not be responsible or answerable for any loss
or injury that might occur to you or any other person on using any
information or data obtained from our site or allied services.

post their personal data and also to get or browse the data
posted by others.
4) You
agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other
communications that we provide to you by sending e-mail or by
posting notices on this site satisfy any legal requirement that such

and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities that

You will not post or transmit any content or

Your
membership will be suspended or cancelled if you violate this rule.
In such cases registration fee will not be refunded.

any business entity. You will not use either your membership or the
details you get by virtue of the membership for any kind of
promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any

The right of granting registration vests fully with
keralamatrimonial.in. If registration is denied your registration fee
will be refunded within 90 days of denial of registration.
9)
You continue to be a member of keralamatrimonial.in only
till the validity of your membership. The period of validity will be
intimated to you in the notification confirming your registration.
Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned,
transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.
10)
Your membership will be suspended or cancelled if you
send abusive, obscene or sexually oriented message/s to other
members. In such cases, registration fee will not be refunded.
11)
keralamatrimonial.in has the right to suspend your profile
without any prior notice.
12)
keralamatrimonial.in has the right to accept, reject,
edit, correct, condense, elaborate and delete your profile,
photo,horoscope and video.
13)
If duplicate profiles are found, then
keralamatrimonial.in
has rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.
14)
Messages sent to members should be only for the
purpose of finding a life partner. You shall not misuse the service
for "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship"
etc.
15)
You will not post or transmit any content,
information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person
holding its proprietary or licensed rights. keralamatrimonial.in
will not in any way be responsible or
answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your
acts as described above.
16)
keralamatrimonial.in reserves the right but is not
obligated, to edit, delete, condense, elaborate, eclipse or withhold
display of such content or information as it deems fit.

If you choose to terminate your membership, the
MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Your membership in the keralamatrimonial.in service is for
your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your
membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any
other person or entity.
22)
Besides the provision of services,
keralamatrimonial.in
acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information
that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be
distinctly understood that keralamatrimonial.in will only provide contact
between and among members within its service framework and not the
direct contact details of such members. keralamatrimonial.in is not the
agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the
results thereof. keralamatrimonial.in will be a disinterested person in
the event of disputes between or among the members, though it may
facilitate an amicable resolution of such disputes.

keralamatrimonial.in may outsource any part thereof to any competent
person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you.
However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as
against keralamatrimonial.in only and not against such persons or
organizations.

keralamatrimonial.in will not reveal any personal information,other than
those meant for posting or transmission, to other members. However,
keralamatrimonial.in may divulge such information if required by law.
25) By agreeing to register at keralamatrimonial.in and
its consortium of portals, a user allows keralamatrimonial.in to get in
touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. This could
include offers, information, as well as promotions.

26) The membership may be terminated by either party
by serving a written notice on the other. keralamatrimonial.in reserves
the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to
disable access in respect of any member in case of breach of any of
the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refunded.

pricing policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your
visit to www.keralamatrimonial.in and consortium of portals. We reserve
the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and
Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be
deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that
condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

The
membership is deemed to have been entered into at
Thiruvananthapuram,
Kerala State,
India and the
laws of
India
(Federal and State) alone will be applicable. Disputes arising out
of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation
of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act [Indian Act] at Thiruvananthapuram
before a sole Arbitrator.
29) All content included on this site and all
software used on this site are the
property of keralamatrimonial.in or its content suppliers. This site or
any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied,
sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial
purpose without express written consent of keralamatrimonial.in.
keralamatrimonial.in and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse
service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel
subscription at their sole discretion.
